Step by step, we complete the many details involved in your basement finish!
Step 1: Framing (2-6 days)
Step 2: Electrical Infrastructure Rough In (1-4 days)
Step 3: Plumbing Infrastructure Rough In (1-6 days)
Step 4: Drywall & Primer Paint (5-14 days)
Step 5: Trim – doors, baseboard, window casing, etc. (2-7 days)
Step 6:Cabinets (variable) (3-7 days)
Step 7: Electric Trim Out – plugs, electrical fixtures, etc (1-2 days)
Step 8: Tile – install ceramic
Step 9: Plumbing Trim Out – toilet, vanities, wet bar (2-7 days)
Step 10: “Home Stretch” – punch out items (3-9 days)
For your peace of mind, we include project start date and estimated project completion date in your contract. No need to worry that your project will drag on.
